Health Condition Support Grants
The Health Condition Support Grants program provides grants to assist Victorian peer support groups to meet some of the costs associated with providing social, emotional and practical support to its members.
Grants of up to $5,000 per annum are available for a two-year period to assist with administrative costs, communications and activities that strengthen the operation of the group.
The grants are administered by the Department of Health.
The Victorian Government recognises the important role of peer support groups in empowering individuals living with health conditions and the many benefits they experience from participating in a peer support group.
The Health Condition Support Grants program provides an opportunity for peer support groups to access funding that will strengthen their ability to provide these benefits to people with a wide range of health conditions across Victoria.
